Inspiration behind SS15 collection, The Salda

The Salda is inspired by the study of cast of natural light on colourful Onyx stone in their original quarry environment, and when the stone is processed and polished to reveal its inner beauty. Hence Fariba chose the name Salda for this collection which in Persian means land of mountains. All the scarves in the Salda collection bear the name of a mountain in Iran. The new collection consists of five distinctive designs, illustrating abstract geometric proportion in muted colours rendered in modal and modal blends.
